THE VENUE

Conveniently located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, our ground floor venue features a spectacular 4,000 sq. ft. loft-like Event Space with high ceilings, drive-in capability, and ample branding and signage opportunities throughout the space. The venue also features a 140-seat Theater, perfect for presentations and press briefings.

HELEN MILLS is a full-service venue with an experienced team to support you throughout the planning process. Past clients include: Ford Motor Co., Lincoln, Harley Davidson, Hertz, and Britax. 

 

Capacity

Up to 2 full-size vehicles fit comfortably in the space. Up to 250 for cocktail-style receptions, 140 for theater-style seating in the event space and theater, and 140 for seated meals.

Tech & Lighting

HELEN MILLS features tech & lighting included with all rentals when an a/v technicians is hired. Our tech package includes: 

  • 3 projectors in event space, 1 in theater

  • Sound system and PANDORA for business in the Event Space, surround sound in the Theater

  • Dedicated, high-speed wireless and wired internet (100 mbps)

  • Single-color wall wash and gobo projection

  • One wired / Wireless microphone

We offer additional items for rent and welcome outside A/V rentals and production companies.

Furniture & Branding

Venue rentals include our in-house furniture and decor inventory. The collection is a sleek mix of white leather ottomans, brushed metallic cocktail tables, white acrylic reception chairs, and more. 

The venue is fully brand-able with a number of street-level and interior signage opportunities available. The two spaces features gallery molding along the walls and a ceiling grid in the event space for hanging additional signage. See lighting (above) for more branding options.

Bar Packages & Catering Assistance

We offer a variety of beverage service options, including full bar service with an assortment of premium brands, local craft beer and specialty cocktails.
